PERSONAL MAKEUP APPLICATION or HEADSHOT

   Trial Makeup Run or Engagement Photo - $60 *
   Typically occurs 1-2 months prior to wedding**

1. Booking Deposit - To confirm a booking, there is a required cash deposit of 25% of the total package price

2. Cancellation Fees - Three (3) weeks notice is required to cancel a booking.  However, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

3. Final Payment - The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the artist on the appointed day.  Any requested accessories, such as false eyelashes, lipsticks etc. are subject to additional charges.  Please have cash for these available on the day services are rendered.

4. Availability - Please submit a feedback form for the artist’s availability 2005-2006.  Book early to avoid disappointment.

5. Timing - Makeup applications take from forty-five minutes to one hour per face.

6. Additional Charges - Additional Charges for early appointments, distant location and Holidays

7. Driving Fees - Driving Fees may apply depending on your location.  Please ask for details.
